THIS THING IS GARBAGE

This thing is absolute garbage. It's so awful, it makes me check here want to cry. I've tested it a million instances, and it still fails miserably. The construction is cheap, and the layout are terrible. Honestly, I don't know how they could sell thisproduct without being ashamed. I'm so frustrated that I wished I'd bought something decent instead
